Fuck me..started on my 4x4 program today..the one where you run fast for 4 minutes uphill (at least 5 % increase) and then 3 minutes with jogging..all this 4 times..they say its better to exercise this way instead of 50 minutes with jogging..so we'll see how it goes and if I'll feel like a superwoman after 6 weeks..
