Between work and working out, I am in extremely need of a new project. I love to be busy you know..but right now my life feels very empty and I can't stop thinking about what I've could be doing..its quite simple when you actually think about it..you don't like the way your life is turning out? Make a change for god sake!!! Just DO! AAAAAHHHH...just pathetic little me..thinking that its too late for that or this..

And by the way my beloved comrades..My India trip is just around the corner! 5 weeks from now on and I'll be sitting on the beach next to the Mandrem river..practicing Yoga and ''finding myself''. I know I know...going to India to find yourself? Its kind of a cliché, right? Well, what the hell..I've always been a fan of spicy food and Buddhism always seemed like the most peaceful religion..if you can put it like that..

and it doesn't really matter where I am..the important thing is that I'm away from home and I can let my thoughts go wild..all this outside of my comfort zone which includes massive consumption of alcohol and friends to look after me..in 5 weeks it will only be me..and hopefully Buddha can spare some time to have an eye on me..

Fuck me..started on my 4x4 program today..the one where you run fast for 4 minutes uphill (at least 5 % increase) and then 3 minutes with jogging..all this 4 times..they say its better to exercise this way instead of 50 minutes with jogging..so we'll see how it goes and if I'll feel like a superwoman after 6 weeks..

I know I know..I have been gone for a long time..but first there was three different birthdays and then Octoberfest was in my calendar and then I travelled to Zürich to visit some friends and go to the Britney Spears concert. Everything has been such a blast! Octoberfest is my favorite holiday..as I tell my friends..it is really n° 1 for man hunting and you get to drink liters with strong german beer..and no one looks weird at you if your dirndl dress is showing too much cleavage..as a matter of fact..the more the better is the philosophy at the wiesn.

I think we can all with confident say that summer is over for this year. At least here in Oslo. The leafs are starting to get all kinds of colors and never have I ever experienced so much rain at this time of the year. But the weather doesn't matter when you have good friends to be around with. Two birthdays last week-end and another one coming up this wednesday. Woop woop!

HOW ITS LIKE TO BE FREE

Two and a half years ago I just wanted to lie down and die. My head was full of concerns, hate and I had absolutely no desire to think about the future. I thankfully got some professional help in a time where I was mentally and physically damaged and couldn't cope with my crazy thoughts. I've never once regretted a second about my decisions. Life is as they say..a roller coaster..so are the feelings of the human beings..at first you are super happy and then suddenly..you turn over to your dark side and this form of self-destruction pops out of you. In desperate times I did desperate things..I am not proud of certain things I did over these last years..but when you just don't know how to live anymore, what else can you do?..I was falling..and I kept on falling as I felt the pace got faster and faster..the crash was fucking awful, a bit scary and it hurt like hell..but it was necessary, I just had to get out of my circle and reach and find another horizontal..I couldn't keep on living a life that felt like I was getting killed by my own two hands..so..from being in a state of mind that was effected by everything around me and by a damaging inner voice..I started to get the feeling that I actually had a saying over myself..I was in control and I felt some kind of freedom..the person I had build over many years started to get cracks in the skin..and from thinking that I had fully control over myself..I started to learn what it really means to have control..I was never in control..something inside of me made me do things that was so far from having anything to do with being in control..I've moved back to Oslo and all of these memories starts to come back and I'm afraid that old habits will kick in again..but thats just what life is about and thats what control means..when you know that something can go awfully wrong but you still manage to rescue yourself from another failure..thats what control is..not letting yourself fall yet again..

I've been watching some good movies lately..thought I could share those with you.

The first is Midnight in Paris, directed by Woody Allen. I felt immediately in love with this movie..the changing between different time periods and all the beautiful 20s flapper dresses..you should definitely watch it if you liked Vicky Cristina Barcelona.

And then we have In a better world (original Hævnen). This academy award winner movie is a must-see! The film follows two families that gets involved with each other when their sons starts a friendship that turns out to be nothing like harmless games.

The last one is a movie called Pushwagner. The artist with the same name as the title gives us an insight of his life and brief moments about hidden pasts. I hadn't heard about him before watching this movie, but it surely gives you new aspects of life and the struggle some humans go through to survive in our society.

Where do you wanna go?

Istanbul

I've been to Turkey so many times on holidays with my family. Think the last time was our 8th time that we went there. Every time its the same city we go to, Side. I love that place but I wanna see more of Turkey and I would love to explore the urban city life of Istanbul.

St. Petersburg
The first time I ever heard about this city was by watching the movie ''Anastasia''. I must have been 7 years old or so at that time. But over the years I've gotten more and more interested of going to St.Petersburg. I think its the combination of ballet, the history of Tschaikowski and the old Winter Palace that has been turned into a museum that makes me dream of this russian metropole.

Buenos Aires
Just the name of the city sounds so sensual. I went there with my family at the age of 10 and I still remember allot from our tour. But then again, its a whole different thing exploring and actually feel like ''breathing'' a city when you are a grown-up. The Tango, the open hearted people and the feeling that you are in an european city just makes this place so wonderful.

Tokyo
BIG CITY with many people and allot to see..thats just my cup of tea. I find the japanese culture very fascinating, though if I would go to Japan I would also like to experience cities such as Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Fukuoka. Another plus are the amazing fashion designers you can find there. Shopping clothes from like Yohji Yamamoto and Commes des Garcons is almost impossible in Munich or Oslo.

It starts first in the fall of 2012, so what will Henry do for a whole year??? TRAAAAVEL and find an internship. I am already super stoked on my plans for Hawaii and Japan! And then Coachella festival,cruising around California,celebrating 21.bday in Vegas? and maaaaybe some months in South America. AAhhhhh...I am feeling the year of 2012 is definitely gonna be my year.
